Locating your service area
All Pharmacy Directories are available to download and save. If you need assistance please call us at 1.877.847.7915. Current members should call 1.877.847.7907 (TTY users should call 711), Our hours of operation are October 1 through March 31: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week and April 1 through September 30: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you would prefer that a Pharmacy Directory be mailed to you, you may request one by calling us or by emailing your request to: email@example.com.
*If emailing a request for a directory, please include the following information:
- Your Name
- The Health Plan ID# (if you are current plan member)
- Mail To Address
Please note: All network pharmacies may not be listed in the following directories. Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.592.4465 (TTY users: 1.800.716.3231), 24 hours a day/7 days a week, except Thanksgiving and Christmas for additional network pharmacy information.
The pharmacy network may change at any time. Members receive notice when necessary. The most current up to date information about network pharmacies in your service area can be found using the links below.
In general, beneficiaries must use network pharmacies to access their prescription drug benefits, except in non-routine circumstances, and quantity limitations and restrictions may apply.
When can you use a pharmacy that is not in the plan’s network?
In general, members must use network pharmacies to fill their covered prescriptions.
We do have network pharmacies outside of our service area where you can get your prescriptions filled. If a network pharmacy is not available to use, we would cover prescriptions filled at an out-of-network pharmacy only in limited, non-routine situations. In these situations, please check first with The Health Plan to see if there is a network pharmacy nearby. For more information on this, please see the Evidence of Coverage documents below.
